ULI Spain Young Leaders: Mentorship Programme
ULI Spain has initiated a mentoring programme, which brings together experienced ULI partners with Young Leaders (those aged under 35).
September 29, 2020
Our mentoring programme was created with the aim of accompanying the Young Leaders in their professional career by assigning a senior profile as their mentor. Junior professionals bring energy and enthusiasm, immersing themselves in this forever changing market. Mentors, for their part, are able to enrich that energy with their knowledge and experience in order to be the best possible advisor.
Our very first edition of the Mentorship Programme in 2019 was a complete success giving us the scope to continue this incredibly valuable incentive!
The Young Leaders Madrid team are always looking forward and this year have embarked on a much more complete experience. Aligned with our colleagues from various European capitals, we launched our new ¨Mentorship Programme 2020-2021¨ which will represent a new and improved structure.
In addition to the senior mentor, each group will be made up of a ULI NEXT member (35-45 years old). The NEXT profiles have extensive experience in the sector as well as being able to provide a more empathetic and relative vision. In this way they will be able to advise from the perspective of both colleagues and second mentors. On the side of the mentees, groups of a maximum of four members will be created, from which close ties will undoubtedly emerge.
We are absolutely certain that with this new structure, powerful networking channels and new internal dynamics will grow.
The procedure is very simple, throughout the year various meetings will be organised in which the groups can put all their concerns and trajectories on the table in order to be advised by the ULI senior and ULI NEXT member. Given the high professional standard of our senior and NEXT members, we always recommend that the Young Leaders take charge of the meeting schedule.
If you are interested please apply for the mentorship programme before 7 October 2020.
