ULI Madrid Young Leaders (under 35s)

ULI Madrid Young Leaders is a platform open to all professionals in the real estate sector under 35 years of age that offers a unique community where you can create contacts, gain exposure and visibility to the senior members of the sector as well as continue with professional development and education.

ULI Madrid Young Leaders has more than 100 active members and is constantly generating initiatives to promote the development of the community and its members. Some of these initiatives are:

  • Mentoring Programme: A one-year programme in which you will be provided with a senior mentor who you can count on to advise you in the development of your professional career.
  • Workstreams: These are a series of topics of interest that we establish every year in order to research them. This research is led by a member of our Executive Committee and assisted by one or two Young Leaders.
  • Monthly events: Every month we hold an event on a topic of interest with industry leaders in a variety of formats. These normally address trends that we may be experiencing and guiding them in the development of our career.
  • Young Beers: We often meet to chat, get to know each other, debate… and have a few beers as a family!
  • Access to instant communication platforms: We have a WhatsApp group where we share news of interest, job offers and even help each other in our respective projects.

We have a very dynamic and diverse executive team that is constantly fighting for the interests of this community and giving you a voice.
