Mentorship Programme
ULI Spain has initiated a mentoring programme, which brings together experienced ULI partners with the new generation of industry leaders: ULI’s Young Leaders. The mentors will bring their experience, wisdom and vision. The students, for their part, offer the perspective and enthusiasm of a new professional, connected to the current market, eager to grow and shape the future. And they benefit from the mentor’s experience to discuss questions about their background, growth, career, etc.
The commitment is simple – it requires nothing more than meeting 4 to 6 times in a one-year period. The format and content of the meetings (around 45 – 6o minutes for each one) are free, to be agreed between the mentor and the mentee.
However, the responsibility for managing and organising the conversations rests with the ULI Young Leaders, as students. And also the follow-up of what has been said. Our mentors are very busy people and rely on the initiative and organisation of mentees to make mentoring valuable. It will be a great opportunity to show industry leaders their professionalism and diligence.
At the end of the year, we organise an event for all mentors and mentees to have a drink and share experiences.

- 2021 Mentorship Programme
ULI Madrid just launched its second 2021 edition of the mentorship programme involving more than 100 professionals of the Spanish real estate industry from various professional bodies including Deloitte, JLL, CBRE, Mutua Madrileña, Grosvenor, BNP, Savills, AECOM, ARUP and many others.
In this new format, over 50 Young Leaders will be mentored by senior executives with the support of a ULI NEXT member.
